10 x 2 Minute Shadow Boxing Rounds with Sensei David Breed
As I can't come to you, you can come to me 👊
I thought about it and having something visual to watch whilst you shadow box/strike would be fun right now as more people are training at home.
This 10 round "train anywhere" workout will build your reflexes, get your heart pounding and keep you sharp.
Obviously, this isn't a replacement for the real thing, it isn't meant to be, however throw your gloves on (the extra weight) put a smile on, come have some fun with me on the pads.
I've made it fast paced to give you a great workout 😊 but also kept it basic enough so hopefully everyone can benefit.
3 rounds of warm up then 10 rounds of 2 minutes
DO NOT throw your punches hard, shadow box, quick snappy punches!
See if you can complete all 10 rounds in one go!
